International Shipping

• Always indicate specific details in the shipping address like the name and number of House/Building, street and contact.
• Indicate your shipping address and details in the English language.
• Please note that we do not accept P.O. Box address.

The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after our shipping partner receives your order. The length of delivery will also be determined by your location. Extended delivery days may be required for remote areas or in the event of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters.

Shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 business days from the day our shipping partner receives your order. The delivery time will differ from country to country according to customs standard procedure. Extended delivery days may be required for remote areas or in the event of unforeseen events such as natural disasters and weather conditions.

Local Shipping Cost

Shipping cost will start at THB 23 and will increase depending on the area of the delivery location and total weight of the product order.

International Shipping Cost

The minimum chargeable weight is 0.5 kilograms which is approximately around 400 THB per order and will vary from country to country. To maximize the shipping cost , we encourage our customers to order 3 pieces or more. Shipping cost will vary from country to country and the total weight of the order.

Shipping to different countries may result in applicable import duties and taxes being imposed on the goods upon arrival in their destination country. These are not included in the total amount settled by the customers on each order.

If there are any import duties and taxes to be paid, our shipping forwarder will contact the customers directly. We have no control over these costs and we advise the customers to be aware of your country's shipping regulations.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details. If the delay is caused by incomplete or incorrect details, we will try to contact you. However, if we can't reach you or obtain necessary details within 20 days, a refund will be processed accordingly.

We have three (3) payment methods for local and one (1) for international:

Local Payment:

Payment via Credit and Debit Card - Valid for credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unionpay, WeChat, Gcash, Grabpay and other major banks.

Payment via Online Banking - Select a local bank available in the option, then input and confirm the details of your bank account.

Payment via QR Payment - A QR code via Promptpay will be provided in which you are able to scan using your mobile bank app.

International Payment:

When you check out your orders, we will send you two (2) email notifications. One (1) from our website that confirms your order, including the items purchased, the amount, the shipping address, and other information. And another from our payment system confirming that your payment was successful.

Local:

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order in transit by clicking the link in the order confirmation email you received. Inquiries can also be made directly through our chat box.

International:

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You will also receive an email notification once your order has arrived in your country.

Please submit an email to our customer service at cs@naraya.com for order assessment if you wish to cancel an order. Please note that refunds for fulfilled canceled orders may take time to process.

Our website prices are the same as the retail prices in our local stores.

Zipper:

• Should be always zipped whenever not in use to maintain the shape of the bag.

Removing Dust:

• Gently use a soft wool brush to remove the dust in the bag.

Proper Washing:

• Can be dry clean or handwash. Use normal water temperature with mild laundry detergent or mild soap. Gently rub the fabric and rinse. Do not squeeze and do not tumble dry.
• Put in a dry ventilated place and avoid areas with direct sunlight to preserve the fabric and prolong the usage of the bag.
• Not recommended to be machine washed. Avoid using stain removers or bleach.

Stains:

• Stains can be removed using a clean cloth or a sponge with water and rubbed on the area.
• For tough stains, mix a small amount of ammonia with water, soak the bag for 10-20 minutes and wash normally.
